  • What is Roadrunner?

    Roadrunner serves as a platform that links homeowners seeking to sell their homes in their current condition, whether dated or damaged, to a vast network of investors. Within our database, numerous local investors bid for the opportunity to purchase your house, ensuring you the best off-market price available.

  • What makes Roadrunner different?

    Our goal is simple. To get you the highest price possible for your non-market-ready home, where if you went with one investor, you would get a low-ball offer. We provide investors with all the data that they need so they can work their numbers and make an offer. When investors compete for your property, you know that you are getting the highest price possible.

  • Why do investors want to work with Roadrunner?

    We provide investors with all of the data necessary for them to “run their numbers” without them actually going to your home. We provide them with inspection reports, 360-degree tours, floor plans, photos and a quick snapshot of the market your house is in. They have confidence knowing what they are buying, and taking away many of the unknowns in investing in real estate.

  • How fast can I sell my house?

    With our platform, we typically sell homes faster than the traditional 30-45 day period. While we aren’t as fast as other companies/buyers, we can get your home sold in 15-20 days. It takes approximately 3 days to get homes into our marketplace, then another 3 days to open it up to bidding by investors. One a buyer is picked, it’s usually anywhere from 7-15 days to close. Let’s don’t forget that you can set your own timeline with Roadrunner.

  • Who comes out to my house?

    Initially, a member of the Roadrunner team will come over and determine if your home is home that we can sell for you. Later, certified inspectors will come by and give your property a thorough inspection at Roadrunner’s expense. In all, Roadrunner and inspectors should swing by no more than three times.

  • Do I have to open my house to investors?

    Our goal is provide all the possible information to the investors beforehand so they don’t have to come to your home. If your wish is not to have them come over, then the investors should honor that.

  • Do I have to move after selling?

    Most times, yes. There are times that you can get up 30 days after closing to move out. That is an agreement between you and the buyers. Keep in mind, that you have control of the timeline. You can push the process of selling out until you are ready.

  • Are real estate agents involved?

    Roadrunner staff are Realtors and we are bound by the ethics set forth by the Realtor Association. However, with Roadrunner, we do not represent a side (seller or investor) of the transaction. We are transaction brokers and all we do is oversee the transaction. We make sure that the “I’s” are dotted and the “T’s” are crossed.

  • Who pays the commission to Roadrunner?

    Essentially the buyer/investor will pay for it. When they make an offer on your property with our platform, the commission is included in the price of that offer.

  • Will my home be listed on the MLS?

    No, we will keep this completely off-market. If we did post this on the MLS, you would have to open your home up to showings.
